Hello AppSheet Team,
I need urgent help because my production AppSheet application is completely blocked after upgrading to AppSheet Core.
Google Account:

Today I upgraded directly from AppSheet to AppSheet Core.
The payment was completed successfully.
My Billing page shows:
• AppSheet Core
• Payment Status: Active
• Current Balance: USD 0
• Invoice: Paid (USD 100)
However, my application is still completely blocked.
Every user receives this error:
“Unable to fetch app definition.
Error: app blocked.
Please contact the app creator.”
I also checked the Audit History.
It shows:
hasValidPlan = False
and
Error: app blocked.
Please contact the app creator.
This is confusing because the payment has already been completed, but AppSheet still reports that the app does not have a valid plan.
This application is already being used in our kitchen operations, and currently all staff are unable to use it.
Could someone from the AppSheet team please verify my subscription, check why hasValidPlan=False, and unblock my application as soon as possible?
