I have been searching for a solution for 8 hours and I am lost. This is the only place I could find to seek help from smart people and not beredirected to a document that keeps telling me to log in to Admin Console. That is the very thing I can’t access. Admin console suspended and admin who created the Workspace is no longer accessible. I own the domain with GoDaddy. Any help would be appreciated.
@Mike_Mercurio I am not that smart, but willing to give it shot. Here are a couple of recovery methods that might work:
- If you are able to login to your Workspace account on the domain, try the recovery form on Toolbox. You will likely be asked to prove domain ownership again by creating a CNAME or TXT record.
- You can also try the Workspace Recovery form: Google Admin Console: Sign in Issues - Google Workspace Admin Help
Hopefully one of those methods gets you in and once you have regained access as an administrator through the recovery steps:
- You can then see the reason why the account or subscription was suspended (e.g., billing issues, policy violations, etc.).
- The Admin Console will provide options or instructions on how to resolve the cause of the suspension.
Keep me posted on how you go!
They all request the admin login which is what I trying get.

Thank you for responding. The only thing is I do not have the password to enter the admin audit. Any other suggestion? May a coworker.
