Super Admin Suspended

I am stuck in a loop of recovering my Super Admin Account that was suspended without notice. The support ticket reply asks me to submit an appeal. When I submit an appeal, it tells me a Workplace Administrator account needs to contact support. Support then asks me to submit an appeal with no other response.

We need this account back as it is business-critical.

As an aside, why is it when a google account is suspended, that emails sent from the same address as the account are blocked by google servers?
For example, we use Exchange for our emails, but when I send an email to one of our vendors who use Google Email servers, my email is prevented from reaching them due to my email address matching a suspended google account.

If you have another user account in the domain that is not suspended, you can attempt to “promote” it to a Super Admin. This bypasses the locked account entirely.

  • Tool: Go to - https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/recovery/form

  • Process: Enter the suspended admin email. The system will see it is inaccessible and offer you the option to verify domain ownership via DNS.

  • Action: You will be asked to add a CNAME or TXT record to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap). Once verified, Google can promote a secondary, working email address to Super Admin status, allowing you into the console to fix the primary account.

Let me know how that goes.
