Continuing the discussion from Verification Center: “Prepare for verification” permanently disabled — Branding page has no “Verify Branding” button: Same exact issue here — . Branding fully complete (app name, logo, support email, home page, privacy policy — all live), domain verified in Search Console, publishing status is In production. “Prepare for verification” stays permanently disabled with no way to trigger a re-check. Adding my case in case it helps show this is a pattern.
