I’m trying to submit my app (Emlak CRM Pro) for OAuth verification because it requests the sensitive Google Calendar scope (calendar.events) for a real estate CRM’s calendar sync feature.
Everything the branding requirement asks for is already complete: publishing status is In production (Audience page), app name/support email/logo are set, application home page and privacy policy link are set, the authorized domain (URL Removed by Staff) is verified, developer contact information is set, and the sensitive scope justification plus demo video have been submitted on the Data Access page.
However, the Verification Center still shows: “Your app’s data access is not verified. Verification is required because your app requests sensitive or restricted scopes. You need to verify and publish your branding before you can request for verification.”
The “Prepare for verification” button remains permanently disabled. The Branding page has no “Verify Branding” or “Publish branding” button anywhere on it, even though Google’s own documentation states there should be one on the brand-verification production-readiness page.
This appears to match the same issue reported by other developers recently in this same category. Could someone from the Trust & Safety / Cloud Support team help unblock this, or confirm whether this is a known platform bug?
