Posting here because the verification email channel seems to be broken at my end and I’ve got no other way to make progress.
Our OAuth app has been stuck on the “Privacy policy requirements” stage for over six weeks with no communication from the Trust & Safety team. I’ve never had a single email from them, and there’s no thread for me to reply to.

- Privacy policy hosted on the same domain as the verified homepage
- Scope justification covering our read-only calendar use case
- A YouTube demo walking through the full OAuth flow and calendar integration
- Domain ownership verified in Search Console
The blocker
I’ve never had any email from Trust & Safety. I’ve checked inbox, spam and promotions and there’s nothing from google-cloud-compliance@google.com or any related address. The developer contact email on the OAuth consent screen is correct and actively monitored.
This looks like part of a wider pattern at the moment. There are several open threads on this board reporting the same thing: sensitive-scope reviews stalled 5–10+ weeks with no Trust & Safety contact and no email ever sent..
