Hi Trust & Safety team,
Our OAuth app verification has been stuck in “in review” status since April 2026 (~2 months) with zero communication from the Trust & Safety team. The Verification Center shows the Privacy Policy Requirements step “in review”, but we have never received any email to reply to. We’d appreciate a manual status check / escalation.
Project details:
- App name: MindChat
- Project number: (PII Removed by Staff)
Verification type: sensitive scopes only — NO restricted scopes, so CASA is not applicable.
Requested scopes under review:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events (sensitive)
- Plus non-sensitive: userinfo.email, userinfo.profile, openid, calendar.events.freebusy, calendar.events.public.readonly
Timeline:
- 7 Apr 2026: OAuth client created and app submitted for verification
- 16 Jun 2026: Homepage Requirements and Branding Guidelines approved
- Since then: “Privacy Policy Requirements” stuck in review, no further progress
What we’ve already done / checked:
- Reduced our sensitive scopes to a single minimal scope (calendar.events), removing the redundant owned/readonly variants
- Provided a YouTube demo video showing the OAuth consent flow
- Confirmed the privacy policy is public and linked from the homepage
- Searched inbox, spam and trash across all our accounts — no email from the Trust & Safety team was ever received, so there is no thread to reply to
- Verified the developer/support contact email on the consent screen is correct
Could you please do a manual status check and let us know whether any action is pending on our side? Two months with no contact is well past the stated review window. Thank you.
