OAuth verification stuck on Privacy Policy review since April 2026 — no Trust & Safety email

Hello Google Cloud team,

Our OAuth app verification has been stuck at the “Privacy Policy requirements” review stage since April 2026.

Current Verification Center status:

  • Homepage requirements: approved
  • Branding guidelines: approved
  • Privacy Policy requirements: under review
  • App functionality: not started
  • Appropriate data access: not started
  • Request minimum scopes: not started

We have not received any email or request for additional information from the OAuth Verification / Trust & Safety team.

We have checked:

  • Project Owner and Editor email accounts
  • Developer contact email
  • Spam and Junk
  • Trash
  • Archived / All Mail
  • Searches for OAuth, Trust & Safety, api-oauth-support and verification

The Google Cloud support wizard correctly categorizes the problem as:

OAuth → OAuth App Verification → Delay with verification → Sensitive Scope Verification

However, the project has Basic Support and the wizard does not allow us to submit the case.

The status has remained unchanged since April 2026. Could a Google team member please confirm that the review is still active and request a manual status check or re-trigger of the Privacy Policy review?

I can provide the Google Cloud Project ID privately to an authorized Google staff member if required.
Verification type: Sensitive scopes
Original submission date: April 2026

For security and privacy reasons, I have not included the Project ID publicly. I can provide it privately to an authorized Google staff member if required.

Thank you.
