I’ve created a report in Looker Studio that includes a button, “Download PDF” to download a PDF copy of the report. The report downloads just fine when viewed in Looker Studio, but doesn’t seem to download when being downloaded from a website in which the report is embedded. When a user clicks on the “Download PDF” button, the “Preparing PDF…” pop-up appears in the lower left-hand corner, but after it disappears nothing happens. To clarify, I don’t get the “PDF…failed” message, the pop-up just goes away. Permissions are set to Unlisted (Anyone on the internet with the link can view), which should work per the Looker Studio - Embed a report documentation.
Anyone know what could be happening here? I’ve removed the button from my report for now so users don’t get confused, but would love to add it back if I can. Thanks!
