I have a personal AppSheet application that I have been developing and testing for several days.
The app is still in Prototype status and I am currently the only active user (1 monthly user). My account is on the Free plan.
The application was working normally, including earlier today, but it suddenly became blocked even though I had not changed the security or sign-in settings.
The error shown in the Deployment Check is:
“Invalid subscription plan: User signin not allowed with the FREE plan.”
The Deployment Check otherwise passes the app definition, data structure, user sign-in and allowed updates checks. The only blocking error is Account status.
My intention is not to deploy this as a production/business application. It is a personal library-management application that I want to continue using under AppSheet’s free prototype/personal-use conditions.
AppSheet’s documentation states that prototype development/testing can be used for free and allows up to 10 test users. I am currently the only user.
I also tried enabling “Personal use only”, but this did not resolve the problem, so I reverted it.
Could you please help me understand why this prototype suddenly became unrunnable and how I can restore access while remaining on the Free plan?
