would like to know the reason. and reactivate

You should be able to see the reason from MyAccount > Billing or more details from Manage > Author > Plan Requirements.
User signin not allowed with the FREE plan,
Workflow rules not allowed with the FREE plan,
Offline access not allowed with the FREE plan
it works early and now its blocked and indicating above messages. why this happen now ?

You have probably deployed your apps lately. When you deploy the app or apps, you should choose the proper subscription plan.
i select free plan. is this is case for those block the apps ?
Yes, deploying is not allowed with the free plan.
- so i can only use prototype version if it free plan ?
- as i have use this app nearly 3,4 weeks without any issue. this was blocked on yesterday why this happen after few weeks ?
#1 - Correct (if it’s not meant for personal usage with one user)
#2 - We don’t block the account right away so you would have time to fix the reason.
