Prototype app blocked after accidentally exceeding 10-user limit during testing

Hello Community,

My prototype app was automatically blocked because our active user count briefly crossed the 10-user free tier threshold during a testing session.

I have since removed the extra users, and our active user count is now strictly back within the allowed free tier limits. However, the automated compliance block has not cleared on its own.

Could someone please help manually review and reset the compliance status for my account so I can resume development? Please let me know the best way to securely share my specific app details with an authorized agent.

The monthly user count for @Vince_Po’s account reset before we did anything so he is able to access his app now.
