Payment received, but account still shows Past Due

My AppSheet Publisher Pro payment was successfully charged, and I received the official receipt.

However, my account still shows:

  • Payment status: Past Due
  • Account: Delinquent
  • Invoice: August 2, 2026 – Open

Has anyone experienced this? Could a Google/AppSheet staff member please check my billing account?
