Orphaned Looked Studio

I suspended and then deleted a user from our workspace, but there was a Looker Studio Report (f9e3cf51-1c52-45c2-bdc2-32e1452100d9) linked or owned by this user. The Looker Report suddenly disappeared from the Looker Studio Reports page. I assume it happened when I deleted his user. I restored and reactivated the user before complete deletion, but the Looker has not come back. Is there any way to recover the Looker Studio? Please

Hi @Pascal_Quimper Unfortunately, Looker Studio reports are tied to the Google account that created them if that account is deleted, the report usually becomes inaccessible. Restoring the user sometimes works, but if the report doesn’t reappear after reactivation, there isn’t a self-service way to recover it. At this point the only option is to open a support case with Google Workspace/Looker Studio support and provide the report ID you noted. For future cases, it helps to transfer ownership of reports to a shared account (like a team/service account) before suspending or deleting users.
