OAuth verification — Verification Center says reply to Trust & Safety email, but none received (Client ID ending ...s1d8)

I’m working through OAuth verification and I’m stuck in a way that matches several other recent threads here.

Project details:

  • Project name: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • Project number:
  • OAuth Client ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • Scopes requested: photoslibrary.appendonly, photoslibrary.edit.appcreateddata, photoslibrary.readonly.appcreateddata
  • Last reviewed: Jul 5, 2026

The issue:
The Verification Center shows “Homepage requirements” and “Privacy policy requirements” flagged, and instructs me to “reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team after you have resolved the issues.” I have resolved the flagged homepage issue (added a privacy policy link) and published an app-specific privacy disclosure page covering the Limited Use requirements for the Photos API scopes.

However, I have never received an initial review email from Google’s Trust & Safety team to reply to. I’ve checked:

  • Spam/Promotions folders on all inboxes tied to this project
  • Both the OAuth consent screen’s “Developer contact information” email and the general support inbox
  • Searched specifically for google-cloud-compliance@google.com — nothing found

Since there’s no email thread to reply to, I have no way to signal that the flagged issues are resolved, and the Verification Center gives no other path to trigger a re-review.

What I’m asking: Could someone from the Trust & Safety team check on this project directly, or confirm what address the review email should have gone to? Happy to provide any additional info needed.

Thanks in advance.
