OAuth Verification Centre asks me to reply to a Trust & Safety email that I never received

Hello,

I am the owner of the Google Cloud project formify and I am requesting help with my OAuth verification.

Current status

  • Branding verification: Approved
  • Data access: Under review
  • User type: External
  • Publishing status: Production

Issue

The Verification Centre currently says that I need to reply to the Trust & Safety email thread after resolving the reported issues.

However, I never received any Trust & Safety email.

I have checked:

  • Inbox
  • Spam
  • Promotions
  • All Mail

No email was received.

The only email I received was from Google Search Console, not from the OAuth verification team.

What I have already fixed

The reviewer reported that my homepage did not contain a link to my Privacy Policy.

I have now updated my homepage.

My homepage now includes visible links to:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms of Service

I made these changes more than 24 hours ago.

Problem

The Verification Centre still shows the old homepage issue and instructs me to reply to an email thread that does not exist.

There is also no Resubmit button or any way to notify the Trust & Safety team that the issue has been fixed.

Could someone please advise how I can continue the verification process or help re-trigger the review?
