OAuth verification stuck on Privacy Policy — issue resolved & T&S replied Jun 24, no re-review (project gm-ecom-confirmation / 522021452167)

Hello Google team,

Our OAuth verification is stuck on the “Privacy policy requirements” step and I’d appreciate a staff member triggering a re-review.

Project details:

  • App name: gm-ecom-confirmation
  • Project ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • Project number: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • Contact / developer email: (PII Removed by Staff)@gomobile.ma

Only one requirement was flagged (Jun 23, 2026): “Your privacy policy does not state with whom you share, transfer, or disclose Google user data.” All other requirements (Homepage, App functionality, Branding guidelines, Request minimum scopes) are approved/green.

What we did:

  • We updated the privacy policy content to explicitly disclose the recipients of Google user data. The policy is public and crawlable at: [PII Removed by Staff] (see the “Données issues des services Google” section, which lists the Gomobile platform, our technical subprocessors, and legal authorities, plus the Google API Services Limited Use statement).
  • The privacy policy URL did NOT change, only its content — so per the App Privacy Policy documentation, we replied directly to the Trust & Safety email thread to confirm.
  • We replied to the T&S thread on Jun 24, 2026, and sent a follow-up confirmation on Jul 6, 2026.

The problem: since our reply on Jun 24, the Verification Center status has not changed (still shows “Last reviewed: Jun 23, 2026”), and we have received no further response from the Trust & Safety team. The scopes and privacy policy URL are unchanged, so there is nothing further for us to resubmit in the Console.

Could a staff member please re-open / re-trigger the privacy policy review for this project? Happy to provide any additional details.

Thank you,
Othmane B. — Gomobile

Approval done.
Dont know whether a staff member saw this post and accelerated the case (in which case thank you) or whether it is just a coincidence.
