OAuth verification stalled at Privacy policy step — project (PII Removed by Staff)

Hello,

I am requesting a status update on the OAuth verification for AlphaAnalytics (Google Cloud project ID: [PII Removed by Staff]).

Background:

Our first submission was rejected on May 13, 2026 with the reason “app appears to be internal or personal use.” That assessment was incorrect — AlphaAnalytics is a public-facing B2B SaaS where AlphaBridge Consulting administrators monitor the personal Gmail inboxes of independent Business Development contractors who explicitly grant OAuth access. These contractors are NOT in our Google Workspace organization. Switching to Internal user type, as the prior email suggested, would block our actual users and break the product. We have intentionally kept the OAuth consent screen as External.

We resubmitted with:

A corrected justification clearly identifying external personal-Gmail users as our primary user base.
A new demo video that onboards a fresh personal @albarqsalh70 account (not a Workspace employee) end to end, then switches to the admin view to demonstrate read-only consumption of that contractor’s inbox.
An expanded privacy policy that includes the required Google API Services User Data Policy / Limited Use disclosure.
Current status:

Our verification dashboard at shows:

Homepage requirements: approved (last reviewed May 26, 2026)
Branding guidelines: approved (last reviewed May 26, 2026)
Privacy policy requirements: currently under review
App functionality, Appropriate data access, Request minimum scopes, Additional requirements: not yet reached
Since the May 26 approval of Homepage/Branding, 14 days have passed with no further movement on the Privacy policy step and no correspondence from the Trust and Safety team. The original May 13 rejection thread is closed.

My request:

Confirm that the resubmission is actively in queue (not orphaned).
Confirm the correct correspondence email address — we are monitoring our email plus its spam/promotions folders, and have not received any new acknowledgement since the May 13 rejection.
Indicate whether additional information would help advance the Privacy policy review step.

Same situation here: “under review” 6+ weeks with no Trust & Safety email.

I noticed that on the Oauth Overview page, the Project Checkup panel reports my contact info as missing/invalid and claims I have “no reachable owners/editors” — both false (my contact emails are valid and I’m the IAM Owner). I wonder if this is related to the missing emails from the Trust and Safety team. I’m curious is anyone else is seeing the same false warnings in the checkup panel?

I filed a bug here: Google Issue Tracker. If you see this as well, I’d appreciate a star+comment as that seems to be required for google to work on it.

Hello,

App name: BlueSphereAI
Project ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
Scope under review: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (sensitive)

On June 9, 2026 my OAuth verification was rejected in the console with one
homepage requirement: the home page (https://bluesphere.ai) didn't link to
our privacy policy. That is now fixed — the privacy policy link
(to https://bluesphere.ai/privacy) is live and visible on the homepage.

The console tells me to "reply to your email thread with the Trust & Safety
team," but no email ever arrived. I have checked spam and all-mail on every
project owner/editor account and every contact address on the OAuth consent
screen — nothing from api-oauth-dev-verification-reply or any Google sender.
The console also won't let me resubmit.

How do I notify Trust & Safety that the issue is resolved, or get the email
thread re-sent so I can reply? Project ID is above.

Thanks!
Bill
