OAuth verification: homepage flagged "unresponsive" but returns 200 on every independent check (project [PII Removed by Staff])

Project number: (PII Removed by Staff) (app: Market4U)
Homepage URL registered in the console: (URL Removed by Staff)
Status: Brand Guidelines passed (last reviewed 2026-08-04). Homepage Requirements has now failed two consecutive automated checks — first on 2026-08-03, and again on 2026-08-04 after we deliberately re-triggered a review by updating the homepage URL field. Both times the only finding is “Homepage URL is not
responding.”

Evidence the site is fully reachable (re-verified today, 2026-08-04):

  • HTTPS GET and HEAD both return 200, TTFB ~0.2s
  • Returns 200 for bot user agents and from datacenter IPs (verified from multiple networks)
  • http:// returns a same-domain 308 to https:// (hosted on Vercel; Vercel does not allow disabling HTTPS redirection)
  • No AAAA records, DNS resolves fine via 8.8.8.8, domain verified in Search Console by the project owner account
  • robots.txt returns 200 with “User-Agent: * / Allow: /” (and privacy/terms links are visible in the footer)
  • Homepage requires no login, describes the app, and links the same privacy policy URL registered in the console

This matches other recent reports where the checker either fetched plain http:// and did not follow the same-domain redirect (root cause confirmed in server logs in thread 379980), or re-used a cached failed verdict without fetching at all (thread 376660). Our host (Vercel) does not allow disabling the http→https
redirect, so if the checker requires a plain-http 200, that is impossible to serve on this platform — guidance would be appreciated.

Could you please escalate project (PII Removed by Staff) to the Trust & Safety team for a manual homepage re-check, or advise what else is required? We have not received any Trust & Safety email yet (spam folder checked daily).
