The OAuth verification panel fails us on "Homepage requirements — Your home page
URL is unresponsive" (Last reviewed: Jun 27, 2026). This is incorrect and we have
server-side proof:
1. Our nginx access logs show Googlebot (66.249.73.x) successfully crawled the
site on Jun 21, 2026 — HTTP 200 on the homepage HTML, every JS asset, icons,
and even server-function calls. The page renders fully for Google.
2. On Jun 27, 2026 (the “Last reviewed” date), there is NOT A SINGLE request from
any Google IP range in our logs. The automated homepage checker did not fetch
our page at all.
3. The site returns HTTP 200 to every request, including the Googlebot user-agent
(verified 30/30). No firewall/fail2ban blocking. Config is correct (screenshot
attached).
4. We have never received any Trust & Safety email to reply to (checked all
inboxes + spam), so we cannot follow the “reply to your email thread”
instruction.
This is a checker-side failure, not a homepage issue. Please escalate to the
Trust & Safety team and re-trigger the verification. Thank you.
