Our OAuth app verification has been pending since March 2026 with no requests for additional information from the Trust & Safety team.

Remaining review steps have not started
We request only the following read-only Google Workspace Directory API scopes:
admin.directory.user.readonly
admin.directory.group.readonly
admin.directory.orgunit.readonly
These scopes are used only to inventory users, groups, and organizational units for compliance and security reporting.
Could a Google moderator please review the status of our verification or advise if any additional information is required? I’m happy to provide our Project ID, OAuth Client ID, or any other details privately.
We too are requesting the same read-only Google Workspace Directory API scopes as you! Our OAuth app verification appears to be stuck because the Verification Center instructs us to reply to a Trust & Safety email that we never received.

The Verification Center currently states:
“Resolve all the issues below. Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team after you have resolved the issues. The Trust and Safety team will continue the verification process once all issues are resolved.”
Unfortunately, we never received the Trust & Safety email or the email thread referenced by the Verification Center, so we are unable to continue the verification process.
Could a Google moderator please review the status of our verification or advise how we should proceed if the original Trust & Safety email was never received?
