I logged in and get a note saying I need more storage. I click on Manage Storage and Get More Storage and get the message Unable to find storage options. ( see image below)
If I go to Subscription I see I have No subscription but when I want to add a subscription I don’t have any available (see images below)
I even tried to enter a manual payment and now I have credit but still can’t subscribe
Finally if I go to Help Centre the only thing I get are articles explaining these same steps. I need to speak with a human to see if they can see anything on the backend or guide me on how to upgrade as I need to recover data saved on the Drive from this account ASAP.
