Would like to bring your attention to a critical issue we are facing with. Our storage is showing as 337.47 GB of shared 0 bytes (100%) used, (0Mb left). and showing the message “Signing up for Google Workspace Business Starter is not currently permitted, because you have not taken the necessary steps to free up or get more storage” when we try to upgrade our plan.
We are not able to access the drive to free it up. Whenever we try to access the Google Workspace. It asks us to activate the account.
Need your help immediately to resolve this as it is severely impacting our business.
