Does anyone know how to get around this feedback loop?
Context the account is an old unlimited storage account that converted to Entry level Workspace account. The remaining storage usage was 500GB in drive. Google suspended the account due to overages and now because it is on the base subscription there is not any access to google support.
The console pushes the owner to use the ai support, the ai support says to upgrade the account, the ability to upgrade the account has been blocked, the ai support suggests to upgrade the account to get real support.
