Need Help: Project Suspension Appeal

I recently received a notification that my project My First Project (ID:grass-???-100??) has been suspended due to repeated violations of the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Issue Details:
• Project Name: My First Project
• Project ID: grass-???-100??
• Suspension Reason: Repeated Terms of Service violations

What I’ve Tried:
• I reviewed my project and believe the issue may have been caused by a VPS instance running within the project.
• I am willing to delete the VPS responsible for the violation immediately but I cannot access the project at all.
• I have submit an appeal request but I still cannot access my project.

I would like to appeal this suspension and request a second chance to fix the issue. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I need to take to reinstate my project. I sincerely apologize for any unintentional violations and am committed to following all Google Cloud policies moving forward.

@Andrew_B We’re experiencing a very similar issue on our side, and we’re currently in urgent need of some help. So far we haven’t heard anything back from Google, so we would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to us whenever possible. Thank you in advance!

Hey Andrew, we’re experiencing the same issue as well and would like some help as we have not received any responses from Google regarding our appeal request case. Is there anything you could do to help escalate the situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
