How to appeal and restore the suspended resources in my Google Cloud Platform/ API project - the submit an appeal link in the email I received does not give me the option to submit an appeal

I am an IT Techician for my Primary School. We use a Google Web App so parents can make bookings for Parents’ Evening. We have used this web app nine times before without issue. When parents started to use the app for the October Parents’ Evening, I received an email from google-cloud-compliance stating that: “We are notifying you that your project Parents Evening Manager Octobe has been suspended because it was hosting content that appears to be phishing.” This is absolutely not the case.

I clicked on the submit an appeal link in the email and was taken to a console.cloud.google.com/appeal page that stated “Request and appeal”, and nothing else. No links to click on and no other text.

I would be very grateful if someone could advise me on how to submit an appeal and prove that the Parents’ Evening Manager is not a phishing scam but rather a very useful web app that parents have happily been using for three year now.

Exactly the same thing happened to my Google Apps Script. Not sure why it was suspended for phishing.

And clicking the appeal link in the notification email only open a blank page without anything else.

I have never been using Google Cloud Platform so there is no project under my account and cannot find the project id mentioned in the email
