Missing Swag Redemption Code: Daily Dash Challenge (Gemini Enterprise Specialist)

Hi everyone,

I recently participated in the Daily Dash Challenge and successfully earned my Gemini Enterprise Specialist certification.

I received the congratulatory email stating I was quick enough to secure one of the daily spots and won a $25 Google swag redemption code. However, the email I received was missing the actual code—the space next to “Your unique redemption code:” was completely blank.

I reached out to the prize portal support, and they directed me to an unmonitored “no-reply” events email address, so I am stuck in a loop. Could a community manager or someone from the events team please help me get this escalated so I can receive my code?

I have a screenshot of the blank email I can provide if needed.
