I participated in Google Skills Arcade 2025 and earned 48 Arcade points, reaching the Trooper tier.
I also filled the swag form but did not receive any Prize Counter or swag redemption email.
Support mentioned that without the Prize Counter email, nothing can be done.
Could you please check if there was any issue or if my eligibility was missed?
