Licensing Issue

Hi,

I have an enterprise license via google workspace, but all my app automations for email gives the same free user error/warning and mail cannot be delivered?

I had previously authenticated with Microsoft, but after the licensing changes i transferred my app to my google workspace email.

The account is free. All emails are therefore being sent to the app creator.

Additionally, can you send a screenshot of what you see when you click on your profile icon at the top right of the page?

Hi Ben, I can confirm my app is deployed. My bot was working until the license changes a while back, and I had to switch to google authentication. Appsheet is showing 2 users with the same email, and in google admin there is only one user. Be that as it may, I am signing in with Google Auth with an account with an enterprise license assigned.
