Just wonderin’ if anyone even checks the forums that are not specifically about AI…A user over there posted that they’ve been waiting 3 months for someone to approve their workspace…If there’s any Google Staff, that may be able to help em’ out , I’m sure they would appreciate it.

I am from a K-12 that currently owns about $100,000 worth of Chromebook devices and has over 350 users. We have been working for three months to try and get our Education Workspace approved. We changed our name this past summer and we had thought getting a new workspace domain that corresponds with our school name would have been an easy transition. For Google Workspace for Education approvals, the process is handled by the Google Workspace Support and Education Verification team rather than here in the forums. The fastest path is to submit or follow up on your application through the Google Workspace for Education application form and then reply to the confirmation email you received with your case ID. If you haven’t received any response after 3 months, open a new support case from the Admin Console under Support using your current Workspace admin account and reference your existing application details. This ensures your request is routed directly to the Education team who can review your accreditation documents and domain change.
