Hi everyone,
I recently applied to the Google for Startups Cloud Program and received a rejection email stating my application was declined because didn’t meet all the requirements at the time.
The email explicitly says I’m welcome to update my website and submit a new application for re-evaluation. I’ve since updated my website to clearly showcase the business, team, and product.
However, when I visit cloud.google.com/startup to reapply, the page shows a message saying I’ve already applied and should expect a response in 3–5 days — there’s no option to submit a new application. I have also tried accessing the page in incognito mode.
I’m essentially stuck in a loop: rejected with an invitation to reapply, but the system won’t let me do so.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a way to reset the application or reach someone on the support team to manually clear my previous submission so I can reapply as instructed?
