Hi all — saw a thread here about someone hitting the same wall I’m on and getting it resolved after posting, so trying that path.
Applied to the Google for Startups Cloud Program for my company (AI Influencer Suite, aiinfluencersuite.tech — Vertex AI/Gemini/Veo-based content platform). Got rejected for “unable to validate business, team, and product on a public website.” Since then I’ve added:
- Clear business/product description on the homepage
- Founder section with name, photo, and LinkedIn — publicly visible, no login required
- A full product walkthrough with real screenshots of the platform in action
I reapplied (including clearing cache / trying Incognito per the instructions in the rejection email) and got the identical auto-rejection. I’ve also gone through my assigned account rep, who escalated once to the Startups team with no further response.
Wanted to check — did anyone else run into this and get it manually reviewed? What actually got it unstuck for you?
