This is Lester Duarte from Nicaragua. I need your help. I’ve tried contacting various partners, but they don’t exist in Nicaragua. I had to write to Latinoamericanos, but they don’t want to help me; they only offer to sell me licenses. The approval staff just keeps telling me they have a high volume of requests and that I should look for a partner… Like everyone else, I’ve contacted support, and they say they can’t help me, but they can see that my case is awaiting approval. They’ve extended my trial period, and I meet all the K-12 parameters for using the Education Fundamentals license.
I would greatly appreciate your support, as we are an institution that wants to progress and improve our educational quality with this licensing, but we haven’t been able to start because we only have 10 trial licenses, and the teachers and students are eager to begin using this tool.
