Current issue: No response or request for additional info after 19 days. When I try to open a support case (Customer Care), it redirects to the restriction review page, so I cannot file a ticket.

Remediation: Removed uncontrolled repeated API calls/retry loops; enforced a single gateway with hard rate limits and retry caps; added audit logs. Personal non-commercial educational OCR.
Request: Please confirm whether the appeal is received/under review, or advise the correct escalation path since support case creation is blocked.
