Google Cloud project suspension appeal: submitted 3 times, no reply, support case creation blocked

  • Project: My First Project (id: project-aa9cd249-9975-42d8-8d6)

  • Suspended on: 2025-12-06 (Policy Violation – repeated Terms of Service violations)

  • Appeals: submitted 3 times via “Request an appeal” (confirmation page says “Appeal submitted”)

  • Current issue: No response or request for additional info after 19 days. When I try to open a support case (Customer Care), it redirects to the restriction review page, so I cannot file a ticket.

  • Remediation: Removed uncontrolled repeated API calls/retry loops; enforced a single gateway with hard rate limits and retry caps; added audit logs. Personal non-commercial educational OCR.

Request: Please confirm whether the appeal is received/under review, or advise the correct escalation path since support case creation is blocked.
