OAuth data access verification stuck "under review" since April — no Trust & Safety email ever received (sensitive scope: adwords)

Hi Trust & Safety team,

Our OAuth app verification has been stuck at "under review" for over 10 weeks with no email from your team, and we have no
email thread to reply to. We would appreciate a manual status check or escalation.

Project details:
- Project ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
- Project number: (PII Removed by Staff)
- App name: Omni-Growth Agent
- User type: External, In production
- OAuth Client ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
- Requested sensitive scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
- Developer contact email: (PII Removed by Staff) (confirmed correct and actively monitored; we have checked inbox, spam,
and "all mail" — no email from the Trust & Safety team has ever arrived)

Verification status (from the Verification Center):
- Homepage requirements: PASSED (last reviewed Apr 1, 2026)
- Branding guidelines: PASSED (last reviewed Apr 1, 2026)
- Privacy policy requirements: still "under review" since then
- App functionality / Appropriate data access / Request minimum scopes: not yet reached

What we have already done:
- Our privacy policy is live at https://omni-growth.ai/privacy.html and now explicitly affirms compliance with the Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Our homepage (https://omni-growth.ai/) clearly links to both the privacy policy and the terms of service.
- The domain omni-growth.ai is verified in Google Search Console under the project owner's account.
- We request only the single adwords scope, used strictly within our in-app Google Ads campaign management workflow. We do
not bulk-export, scrape, or resell any data.

Important: we have NOT resubmitted or reset the consent screen, to avoid breaking the review thread.

Could you please check the verification status, or trigger the Trust & Safety email so we can respond? We are happy to
provide a demo video or any additional information you need.

Thank you very much.

Since you are dealing with a sensitive scope (adwords) and have been stuck for over 10 weeks with zero communication, your application is likely caught in a queue bottleneck or an automated filtering loop.

Where to Submit This Text

Do not edit your OAuth consent screen, as this will reset your waiting time. Instead, open a direct communication channel using one of these two methods:The Trust & Safety Contact Form: Go to the Google Cloud Console, navigate to APIs & Services > OAuth consent screen, and look for a “Contact Support” or “Help” icon to submit a text inquiry.Google Cloud Support Ticket: If your project has any paid Google Cloud Support plan (even the basic Bronze/Silver or modern Standard plan), open a technical support ticket under the category Account & Access / OAuth Verification. The cloud engineers can internally route the ticket directly to the Trust & Safety queue.
