oAuth Verification stuck w/ no emails from support

Hi Google team,

My OAuth app verification for NVJ Wedding Planner has been stuck for several days and I have never received any email from the Trust and Safety team despite multiple resubmissions. The bot rotates between name mismatch and missing privacy policy link which I clearly have as a hyperlink and as plain text (I tried one or the other originally).

All issues have been resolved.

I have checked my spam folder, all Gmail categories, and every inbox. No email from Google T&S address has ever arrived. I cannot proceed because the system requires me to reply to an email thread I never received.

Please assist in escalating this to the Trust and Safety team for re-review.

Facing a similar issue as well. I sent an account for verification and got a restricted scope warning that said it sent me an email, but I never received one. I did find this email: google-cloud-compliance@google.com that I just emailed, hopefully that’s the right place or at least gets the attention of someone who can direct me to the right place. Maybe that helps you.

Same problem here. I do not have an email and thus no way to correspond with the Oauth team.
Hopefully they see this and realized their email workflow is broken.
