I have google AI Pro Subscription and Iam using gemini code assist in VS code to build apps.
It gets failed with the following error continously. How can I know the reason & where can I track my usage limits?
I tried restarting the chat window and tried everything on the internet says. The thing is, is there a way to track the usage limits?
I switched the editor to AntiGravity, and now I can choose models and see when the usage limits reset.
I was vibe coding with Gemini 3.1 for about 4-5 hours, including manual code changes and testing. In the middle of that, it showed that my limit would reset after 2 hours, and it worked fine again once the reset happened.
However, now it says: “This model can only be used after 07/04/2026, 14:09:27,” even though today is 01/04/2026.
I want to understand which plan allows overriding these limits and enables more continuous coding without such restrictions. It’s suggesting that I purchase the Ultra plan, but I’d like to know if the same limitations will still apply under that plan.
