I played around with GCP and the cloud console years ago, and went to use learn / start to use GCP and signed up for the trial last week to go deeper. A lot of guides require you use the cloud console, but when I open mine it’s banned. I can’t find a place to place an appeal, and don’t have any emails about the ban. Is there anything I can do, or do I just create a different GCP account?

The most common reason for this is detection of activity in your account that adversely impacts the Google Cloud Platform Services, other customers’ or their end users’ use of the services, or the Google network or servers used to provide the services.
