Currently when a file is deleted, users with whom it was shared with, when they click on the link get information that it is in a bin, please make a copy not to lose access to it. It happens only when it is clicked on when the file it is in a bin, when it happens after that period access is lost. That is why some users make copies just in case. I suggest that any time a shared file is deleted information is sent to all its users about the fact so that only files that the owner decides to delete should have copies created if important to the users with whom it was shared. It would built trust to shared content.
