ma’am as much as I appreciate arcade for its learning opportunity my only takeaway from arcade has been what I have learnt no swags has ever reached me even the ones from cohort 1 when at first I had contacted the printose support they seemed like they actually meant to help but now it just seems like they are blatantly ignoring me I even have call logs and recording were they said I’ll get an mail on the update of swags status but I never received any and this is the same case every time

As per my knowledge, WhiteSquare, the shipping vendor for higher-tier swags, asks for OTP verification at the time of delivery, which ensures proper tracking and confirmation.
We sincerely request Printose to follow the same verification process to avoid such issues.
In my case, I received my Trooper swag on 4th August 2025, but till date of today the website status has not been updated. There was no prior information that the swag was out for delivery.
At the time of delivery, the agent just called me, handed over the package, and left without any signature, OTP, or delivery verification.
This lack of transparency and confirmation creates confusion and makes follow-ups very difficult. I hope the concerned team looks into this and improves the delivery process going forward
In my case, I also received my Trooper swag, but until mid-November 2025. During the first week of September, I received an e-mail from Printose indicating there was a delay in shipping from 8-12 weeks. Since Whitesquare International is involved with the swags this time around, hopefully the process will be smoother and timely. We are supposed to get the package tracking link via e-mail once it is shipped and it should be updated in the order status page as well.
in my case they said that they’ll take action on providing me with my swags as soon as possible on mid-late November and then on 22 December they asked me to fill in a form that will provide them with my address phone no and all that which they should already have because in that same email they had provided an order id of that swags so anyways I filled that form on the same day being 22 and now about to be a month again with no update on their part and I am just being ignored today was another extreme where the call agent just didn’t respond then hung up
Simple word everyone earning their arcade points only reason for swags and after successfully claiming their swags no swags coming their home. @Yugali and @prateek it’s really disappointing for management.
Without gaining points as well as achieving milestone no prize claiming mail coming then @Yugali why you hold back our swags. How much patience and dedication we are given only for swags, please try to understand and take prompt action.
I haven’t received any email regarding the Arcade prize yet, so I wanted to check on the status. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side
I provided a correct Sri Lankan address for the prize shipment of Google Cloud Cohort 2 2025, but the Printose team said that the address I gave was incorrect. However, I don’t see any restrictions on shipping the prize to Sri Lanka. A few years ago, I participated in the Learn to Earn Cloud Challenge and received the prize at my Sri Lankan address without any issues. Could you please clarify why the prize cannot be shipped to Sri Lanka this time? I am not receiving a proper response from the Printose team.
Yeah, the shift from Arcade points to swag packages feels a bit underwhelming this time. Earlier, rewards felt more motivating, but now it seems more limited depending on tiers—hopefully they improve the balance in future drops.

This time i received my Swag kit, where i received torn t-shirt for Arcade trooper tier. However I used the same mail id earlier for the previous season also, but never received damaged product. Printose delivered my swag this time, but as usual, whether I call or whatsapp or send them e-mail as per their instructions, there is no response regarding any update. Can you please clarify if I should keep silent and put up with having a t-shirt with a big hole in it
To me it looks like putting my months of effort to get a damaged product. The good products like stickers and magnet badges are of no use to me, so already disposed them to dustbin

Even though I received the order link in the end of 2025 season 1 but the shipment process never updated in the order link.
I still did not receive 2025 Season 1 Arcade swags…
