Typically , those who are evaluating AppSheet as a platform - if suits their use cases, will go for free licenses initially. If they like the platform, they are more likely to upgrade their licenses to paid tiers.
My request will be to evaluate if Google Appsheet can provide some support to them through the normal support channel in this initial journey, their chances of migrating to higher tiers will increase.
Since they are on free tier, may be there could be some cap on number of support requests they can raise- say 1 per week or 3 per month with an all time cap of say 10 to 15 support requests on a free tier license.
This could be a win-win for both the app creators and Google.
