Hi,
Our Google Cloud Service is restricted, or actually entirely unavailable because of ‘abusive activities’. I would like to request for a manual review and get in contact with someone who can help us solve this. I filed multiple appeals, requested for a call back but I can’t seem to get in contact.
We are developing a mobile app, used for consumer research, which incorporates several tracking technologies for market research purposes. A developer agencies is currently developing the platform for us. We do not know the reason of the restrictions and would like to get in contact to solve the issue. At the moment this is a major risk for our business so I really hope someone can help me here.
Hope to hear from someone.
with regards,
Johan
I’m having the same problem. If you found a solution, please suggest it to me. Thanks

same problem here my 5 google cloud accounts are suspended because I might use API calling too much and they might see me as bot
how to restore my account
I need them for testing
Hi Johan! For restrictions labeled as ‘abusive activities,’ Google Cloud requires a manual review. Make sure all appeals clearly explain your app’s purpose, compliance with policies, and tracking practices. Contacting Google Cloud Support via the console’s support options or requesting a billing/technical support call is the fastest way to escalate the case.
