Hello! Is anyone having any trouble with bots sending emails?
I have six bots in my app, and the ones that are not related to sending emails are working perfectly. However the ones supposed to send emails to the user app / user’s manager or a distribution list are not arriving to anyone’s inbox. When I check the automation runs it appears correct, but nothing really comes to the inbox.
It is strange because just a couple of days ago, it was working perfectly and I already checked with my IT team to super confirm that the noreply@appsheet.com is not banned in our company.
To contact AppSheet Support, you would tap the “3 dot” menu in the upper-right hand corner of the Editor (see image). Select the “Help” option and on the browser page that opens scroll to the bottom and tap the “Contact Us” button.

Hello, is the problem persisting? Check the automation monitor to confirm the date and time of the relevant email sent by the automation and to confirm that it was successful. If the relevant step doesn’t appear at all in the monitor, the automation is silently terminating. This could be caused by: Failure to meet a condition in the automation itself or in related actions; failure to meet the criteria that triggered the automation.
