I’m new to Dialogflow CX and am building a simple auto-attendant using Dialogflow CX (now “Conversational Agent”) and am running into an issue with the simulator. I have a main menu with DTMF options (1-5), but the simulator consistently falls back to the “no match” response when I try to simulate a key press, even when I force the simulator to start on the correct page. I also don’t even see a plus sign for DTFM I have to use @DTMF to simulate. Documentation claims to use “Test Agent” but I only see “Toggle Simulator” so maybe documentation is out of date? I enabled DTMF under agent settings, but it is not recognizing my input. Am I missing something?
I found out by opting out of the new experience and back to previous one, the test agent buttons were there and my DTMF worked. Maybe it’s a bug in UI or documentation isn’t updated and I was missing something.
