Dialogflow CX - DTMF Barge in not working

Dialogflow CX Barge in does not work for DTMF input.

– Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Enable Barge in at Agent level settings
  2. Create a page with a parameter with DTMF enabled
  3. Call agent via phone connector like Twilio and use phone keypad to provide parameter value

– Expected behavior –
The agent prompt should stop on DTMF input, similar to how it stops on voice input.

– Actual behavior –

CX phone experience is highly degraded without DTMF barge in.

Is Diaglogflow CX production-ready? Lack of DTMF Barge is a blocker that makes the product unusable over phone. This issue is blocking us from going live with Dialogflow CX over phone.
