I am reporting a critical billing failure that has completely stopped my business operations.
My account is currently blocked due to outstanding invoices (PII Removed by Staff) and (PII Removed by Staff). However, the AppSheet dashboard is glitched. Every time I attempt to settle the balance or click the “Retry” button, I receive the following message: “Error paying invoice.”
I have already verified my payment method and there are no issues on my side. This is a technical failure within the AppSheet billing portal that is preventing me from paying and regaining access to my data.
I need an AppSheet Admin or Billing Specialist to manually intervene and reactivate my service immediately. Every hour my app is offline is causing significant financial loss.
Please help me resolve this as a matter of extreme urgency.
