Today, suddenly all apps that I created and used to work normally, presented the same bug/issue: the bottom menu disappeared when accessed from mobile devices. I had to disable “mobile framework” so it could appear again. Was there any issue with it and is it going to be fixed?
Yes, found the same issue too across all apps.
Yes, Same!
I am also facing same issue @Aleksi
Could due to some update done to the New Mobile Framework by the team. Pls check @amyplin @Adam-google
@Jose_Arteaga @lizlynch Please Verify if an undocumented change occurred recently. I also remind others and confirm it’s preview, so not to be used for production apps.
confirmed 4 of my apps are missing this
Same issue here, it seems to only happen if the new mobile framework is enabled. Hopefully a solve is on the way ![]()
Yes, same issue here, the navigation in “Page_header” in the “show” type columns isn’t working too, in mobile devices if u click them dosen’t work
I also got that issue yesterday.
I’m in the UK having the same problem.
Appsheet on Mobile is unusable.
Sorry for the disruption, we have rolled back the last deployment and some customers have confirmed that this resolved the issue for them. We believe it should now be back to normal.
We’re still investigating the root cause and trying to understand how this got past automated and manual tests. If anyone has additional context to share beyond being specific to new mobile framework, such as only affecting certain apps or workflows, please let us know.
Thank you @Adam-google
FYI, using any “preview” feature comes with the risk of unexpected issues as development continues on the feature by AppSheet. These are available ONLY for preview or testing to provide feedback to AppSheet - a long standing tradition to get early feedback on upcoming functionality.
If your app depends on 100% consistency to the users, it is HIGHLY recommended that you do NOT include “preview” features until they are declared as generally available.
