My AppSheet account was recently suspended due to what was described as a serious violation of acceptable use and security policies related to email activity.
I want to clarify that this incident was not intentional. It occurred because my automation was linked to a public Google Form used for student registration at our hospital. Unfortunately, the form was attacked by spam bots, which caused the system to send a large number of emails in a short time.
However, I did not receive any warning or notification about this unusual email activity before the account was blocked. If I had been alerted, I could have paused the automation and fixed the issue immediately.
The lack of warning made it impossible for me to detect and correct the problem in time.
I sincerely hope the AppSheet team can review this case and consider adding preventive measures — such as early alerts or limits — to help users avoid similar incidents in the future.

I would definitely recommend increasing security, as well as setting up your form to limit respondents to a single response (under forms settings).

I’m running into a big problem with my AppSheet account, which is linked to the domain khcnbvtd.com.
Currently, I can’t access or back up any of the applications I’ve built. The confusing issue is that the violation only occurred in one single application, but it resulted in locking down my entire account and all my other apps.
Honestly, I feel very disappointed because I’ve spent a long time building these applications, but when this issue happened, there were no clear instructions at all on how to unlock them, even for the apps that are completely valid. I genuinely wish for another chance to continue using AppSheet.
