AppSheet account blocked with "You need access"

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out because I haven’t received any updates on my support case for over 48 hours, and my development is completely blocked.

My app automations were suspended after a Bot successfully sent only 3 emails during a test. Despite the low volume, the account was restricted.

As the Google Workspace Super Admin for our domain, I have verified our internal logs and confirmed that no spam was detected on the Workspace side for these messages.

I have already provided all details to the specialist team Case 7-9963000040334 (merged [9-4062000041247]), but the lockout continues.

The lack of communication and the prolonged lockout is currently paralyzing our development workflow.

Can anyone from the AppSheet/Google team help expedite this?

I found the information I needed in the ticket you created. As of now I have enabled your account. Please go ahead and do the corrections you mentioned in the email automation bot to avoid that the account gets locked again.

To ensure this doesn’t happen again, could you please clarify the exact reason for the lockout? I want to make sure I have the right setup before moving to the Deploy stage with real users.

Some context from my side:

  1. Even before the second block, I changed the logic so the bot only sends test emails within our Workspace domain.

  2. The volume was extremely low (only 3 emails), and our Workspace logs show they were not flagged as spam.

Since this wasn’t a mass mailing, I’m trying to understand if there is a specific security filter I should be aware of. I want to avoid any interruptions once the app is live.

I read you were using some dummy e-mail addresses? If you have changed that it should be Ok but I will be around in case it is necessary to unlock again
