Billing issue – COVID free plan expired and unexpected charges for prototype apps

Hi,

I was using the COVID-19 free plan, and it seems it expired. However, I was not aware that my apps would automatically switch to a paid plan.

My apps are only prototypes, with very few users, and not used for any commercial purpose.

I am now seeing charges for a service I did not request or agree to, and I do not intend to pay them.

I request:

  • Cancellation of any billing

  • Removal of any outstanding balance
